About Robin Ann Bienemann:
Robin has served in an executive capacity for companies
as small as $1M and as large as $8B, responsible for upwards
of $500M in revenue. She founded and established Ocean Industries,
a quality control equipment manufacturer in Manchester,
NH. Her most recent position was Sr. Vice President of Operations
with BlueArc Corp, a $30M computer storage manufacturer
based in San Jose, California. As a business owner and executive,
Robin has had extensive operational and leadership experience.
She has dedicated her career to working with individuals,
suppliers and cross functional groups to deliver bottom
line results in turnaround and sustaining situations. She
was a Sloan Fellow at MIT where she received an MS in Management
Science.
About Kay Wilson:
Kay is an Attorney, Executive Coach and Motivational Speaker,
with more than seven years of experience designing and delivering
innovative training, coaching and leadership programs. She
is President of Kay Wilson Coaching & Training, Inc.,
which she founded in 2002. While serving as counsel in the
Postal Service Law Department from 2001 to 2006, Wilson
created noteworthy diversity initiatives and received awards
for her training programs on workplace environment issues,
litigation prevention and communication skills.
