- Do you have a safe and fair process by which employees can
air complaints informally (without litigation)?
- Do you have written policies for disciplining employees who
engage in inappropriate conduct?
- Do your managers enforce your policies uniformly and consistently?
- Do you review the conduct and style of managers who are consistently
the subject of complaints by employees?
- Do you take every complaint seriously?
