Served as Agency Representative for the Postal Service in a variety
of employment related matters, including:
- Claims under the ADA/Rehab ACT, ADEA, Title VII
- Terminations and other Disciplinary action
- Training Managers on Employment Law Issues such as Sexual Harassment
Prevention, Communication Skills, Reasonable Accommodations and
Harassment Prevention
- Analysis of Statutory and Contractual requirements
- Review of USPS compliance with relevant agency regulations,
procedural requirements and OSHA regulations
- Advocacy before the Merit Systems Protection Board and the
EEOC
- Participation in REDRESS™ Mediation
Served on two national training teams and independently developed

training programs. Also served on the Northeast Area Diversity Committee,

Motivational Speaker and Coach to women inmates at the Charlene
Perkins Center at York Correctional Institution, Niantic, CT, since
December of 2005.
Connecticut Hospice Volunteer since 2003.
