The seminar objectives are:

  • to create awareness of the four basic personality types in the workplace setting (analytical, driver, amiable, and expressive)
  • to build concrete strategies for understanding how the four personality types look at workplace interactions and how to meet expectations of each type
  • to identify what impedes or facilitates working with particular bosses

This is a lively and dynamic class which includes specific examples of behaviors that a problematic, anecdotal scenarios from litigation, and an open discussion format. Class activities include some role-play and awareness activities.
